Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside.

Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the exterior of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
